Oatmeal – did you know that oats are made out of fiber and protein? It is why it is a fan favorite as a breakfast. But, did you know that aside from taking this for the stomach, oats can also be taken topically? Oatmeal contains polysaccharides that can act as a body guard when it reaches your skin. Lastly, oatmeal also has beta-glucan that can also act as a moisturizer, giving you the power to get rid of dead skin cells.

Eucalyptus – is a wonderful ingredient to relieve an itchy scalp, treat shingles and improve hair growth. Aside from that, it can also soothe and relax sore muscles. With the cooling agents of Eucalyptus, give yourself a nice warm bath at the same time feeling cool.

Tangerine – may sound odd for some people as it is usually taken as a fruit but, it can also be taken as a bubble bath. As we all know, tangerine is rich in antioxidants such as vitamin C and vitamin A. As a result, it is wonderful to treat skin problems such as pimples, acne and even dry skin.

Some of you may disagree or may think that it is not a necessity but, if you want the best possible experience while bathing, then also get some bath candles. What better way to start a romantic night or prepare for a relaxing bath than lighting candles? Sorry to disagree with your claim that Dr Teal’s Foaming Bath bubble bath “makes long lasting” bubbles. It does, indeed, “soothe and relax sore muscles”, which is great. However, despite pouring in roughly 40% of the bottle, the bubbles around the upper half of my body had completely evaporated within 10-15 seconds of my sinking into the water. Soothing? Yes. Long lasting bubbles? No.

What “moderation”? By whom” There was nothing “extreme” about my comment. It was a clear and honest response to the claim that the Dr Teal’s Foaming Bath made “long lasting” bubbles. I believe your readers are entitled to hear that response.
